Binaural Mind is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the App or its content.
The App may offer optional rewarded advertisements that temporarily unlock certain audio experiences for the current session only. Watching a rewarded ad does not transfer ownership of premium content unless separately purchased.
The App offers optional sound packs as one-time, non-consumable purchases. All transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Purchases are final and tied to your Apple ID. You may re-download purchased content on any device signed into the same Apple ID at no additional cost.
Refund requests must be directed to Apple, as the developer does not process payments directly. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund from Apple.
Binaural Mind is intended for relaxation, focus, and general wellness. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you have epilepsy, a seizure disorder, or any medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before using binaural beats. Do not use while driving or operating machinery.
All audio content, artwork, and design elements in the App are the property of the developer. Purchased sound packs grant a personal-use license only.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
